Boot Camp

Every Tues and Thurs at 6:15pm.

Reduce body fat, gain strength, and increase cardiovascular efficiency. Designed to push you further than you would normally push yourself in the gym alone, our boot camp consists of dynamic stretching, interval training, weight lifting, body weight conditioning, and/or plyometrics exercises. Sessions conclude with stretching.

Persons of all fitness levels welcome.

Drop-in or grab an unlimited class pass

Online Training

If you can get online, then you can get in shape. No gym required.  Receive a custom 4 week workout plan. Meet with a personal trainer remotely via an internet enabled device.  Results are waiting in the palm of your hands.

Corporate Wellness

We also develop Corporate Wellness programs  exclusively for an organization’s employees or members!  Not intended as a substitute to routine medical checkups, Corporate Wellness programs are designed to help reduce illness and improve overall health and wellness.  Harambee Wellness has been the proud service provider of Group Fitness Programming for various businesses, churches, and community groups in the Greater Flint Area for over 8 years.
