This is how you pre-game before you gobble. The class focuses on strength training with the use of hand weights. You will walk away feeling energized and ready to show that plate who’s boss!

Where Fitness x Trap Music gets lit!
SWEAT TRAP, led by fitness instructor Keasa J., combines Cardio and Strength Conditioning movements sure to make you SWEAT with a smile on your face. Post-workout "After Glow Refreshments” provided for all participants.

This is the ULTIMATE Post-Thanksgiving Workout! Bring your family and friends and be ready to burn off that Thanksgiving turkey (and beans, greens, potatoes, tomatoes…you name it!). This class will be combine elements of cardio, body weight conditioning, and core training in a boot camp style format.
